Just a heads up
If you find yourself having dinner with friends, and the conversation suddenly turns to the topic of wet nurses and how someone knows someone who had a wet nurse until he was 12 and you don't really know what a wet nurse is and neither does the person sitting next to you, don't pull out your phone and google "wet nurse" unless you are ok with seeing a well endowed older woman breast feeding both a human baby and a monkey baby. Just a heads up.

ReplyDeleteWhy would it be necessary to feed a monkey baby? Have you seen the teeth that they are born with??!! Makes me cringe.
after a nagging curiosity, I googled it, and I am now also sorry. Small detail to consider, her nursing pillow is called "My Breast Friend". True story.

ReplyDeleteThen there is Megan's story about her days with SWA and a woman breastfeeding a cat. Couldn't be pleasant for her and definitely not for the other people boarding the plane.
